Ingredients
- 1 pound farfalle
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 small shallots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream

Step 1Get a pot of water boiling for the farfalle, cook farfalle al dente.

Step 2In a deep skillet, heat olive oil and add chopped bacon. Cook until crispy.

Step 3Remove bacon from the pan. Drain some of the bacon grease, leaving a couple of tablespoons. Add diced shallots and garlic to the pan and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.

Step 4Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to the pan and sugar snap peas. Cook for two minutes.

Step 5Add bacon and peas.

Step 6Add cream and grated Parmesan. Stir until completely combined.

Step 7Add cooked pasta.

Step 8Cook until the consistency is thickened and the ingredients are well blended.
