- 1 pound farfalle
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 small shallots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup grated parmesean
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream

Step 1Get a pot of water boiling for the farfalle, cook farfalle al dente.

Step 2Meanwhile, heat 2tbs olive oil in skillet large enough to house all ingredients eventually.

Step 3Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy.

Step 4Remove bacon from pan. Add diced shallots and garlic to pan and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.

Step 5Add ½ cup chicken broth to pan and sugar snap peas. Cook two minutes.

Step 6Add pasta, bacon, peas, parm, remaining broth, and cream to skillet. Cook until consistency is thickened and the ingredients are well blended.
