Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 - medium sized ripe tomatoes
- 3 - cloves garlic, chopped
- 6-8 - basil leaves, cut into thin ribbons
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- - parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make tomato basil pasta

Step 1Roughly chop the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

Step 2Put the tomatoes in a bowl with the garlic, basil and olive oil.

Step 3Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Drain pasta, add to bowl and toss well with tomato mixture.

Step 5Top with tomato, parmesan cheese and another few grinds of pepper.
