Ingredients For tiger shrimp fettuccine?

  • 1 lb
    dry fettuccine
  • 1 lb
    uncooked medium shrimps,peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp
    creole seasoning
  • 3 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3 tsp
    light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    tiger sauce,divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 c
    half and half
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounces) cream cheese,cut into cubes
  • 2 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c
    panko bread crumbs

How To Make tiger shrimp fettuccine?

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Add fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente;drain

    In a large bowl,combine shrimps,creole seasoning,black pepper,garlic powder,brown sugar and 3 tablespoons tiger sauce,mix together until blended.

    Heat olive oil in a large,deep skillet over medium heat.Add shrimp mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until shrmps become pink.Remove from heat and set aside.

    Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour;cook,whisking constantly,1 minute.

    Add heavy cream,half and half,cubed cream cheese and 2 tablespoons tiger sauce;cook,whisking constantly,8 to 10 minutes or until smooth and slightly thickened.

    Remove from heat.Add cooked fettuccine,shrimp mixture and crushed red pepper flakes and stir together until combined.

    Pour into a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.Drizzle with remaining tiger sauce.
