Ingredients

  • 1 pound dry fettuccine
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon mesquite seasoning
  • 3 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons tiger sauce, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/4 cups half and half
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

How To Make tiger shrimp fettuccine

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, combine shrimp, Creole and mesquite seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons tiger sauce, mix until blended.
  • Step 4
    Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp mixture and cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp become pink. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Step 5
    Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute.
  • Step 6
    Add heavy whipping cream, half and half, cubed cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons tiger sauce; cook, whisking constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Step 7
    Remove from heat. Add cooked fettuccine, shrimp mixture, and crushed red pepper flakes and stir together until combined.
  • Step 8
    Pour into a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Drizzle with the remaining tiger sauce.

    Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
