Three Meat, Three Cheese Lasagna

2 pkgno boil lasagna noodles

1 lbmotzerella - shredded

12 ozricotta cheese, low-fat

12 ozcottage cheese, small curd

1large egg

1 pkgpepperoni either diced or slices

1 lbmild italian sausage, ground (i use johnsonville)

1 lbground beef

tspbasil, dried or fresh

1 clovefresh garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

1/2of an onion, chopped

2 cmild cheddar, shredded

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

2 jar(s)spaghetti sauce

1 cfresh mushrooms (optional)
How to Make Three Meat, Three Cheese Lasagna
- Preheat oven 350. Cook both ground beef and sausage, same pan is fine. Saute onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add spices except basil.
- Combine 1 Cup Mozzarella, container of cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, 1 egg, and the basil in a bowl.
- In different bowl combine the cooked ground beef, and sausage, plus add in your pepperoni and veggies with your sauce.
- Put together in this order; layer of sauce (about one cup), layer or noodles (about 3 across for a 9x13 pan or 2 across for a 8x8), then cover noodles with ricotta mixture, then one cup of sauce on top of that, then sprinkle with mozzarella, repeat layers till reach the top of the pan. Sprinkle top with some of the shredded cheddar. If you have extra ingredients make another pan. Cover with foil, bake 45-55 mins, remove cover last mins to brown top just a little.
