Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pound penne, rotini, or campanelle pasta
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup gorganzola cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • chopped fresh mint for garnish

How To Make three cheese pasta in a skillet

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet add 4 cups water, heavy cream, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and cover and cook stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat and add the Cheddar and Gorganzola cheese and cover and let sit 3 minutes to soften the cheese thoen stir until melted.
  • Step 3
    Heat the broiler to high. Place the rack about 6 inches away. Top the pasta with the asiago cheese and Panko.
  • Step 4
    Broil for about 2 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes to thicken. Garnish with mint leaves
