  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg
    spaghetti sauce mix
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
  • tsp
  • 8
    manicotti shells, cooked

How to Make Three-Cheese Manicotti


  1. Blend tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and 1 1/2 cup water.
  2. Simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine 1 cup mozzarella, cottage cheese and parmesan.
  4. Add eggs, parsley, salt and pepper; mix lightly.
  5. Stuff manicotti shells with cheese mixture, using about 1/4 cup for each.
  6. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce mixture in to 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  7. Arrange manicotti in dish; pour remaining sauce atop.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350 until bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
