spaghetti sauce mix

cottage cheese

parmesan cheese, grated

manicotti shells, cooked

How to Make Three-Cheese Manicotti

Step-by-Step

  • 1Blend tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and 1 1/2 cup water.
  • 2Simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes.
  • 3Meanwhile, combine 1 cup mozzarella, cottage cheese and parmesan.
  • 4Add eggs, parsley, salt and pepper; mix lightly.
  • 5Stuff manicotti shells with cheese mixture, using about 1/4 cup for each.
  • 6Pour 1/2 cup of sauce mixture in to 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
  • 7Arrange manicotti in dish; pour remaining sauce atop.
  • 8Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  • 9Bake uncovered at 350 until bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
