This is just one of those good weekday meals...easy to put together and versatile. Some times I add meat, some times I don't!

Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz container part-skim ricotta cheese
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 box 16 oz ziti pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 jar 28 oz ragu chunky gardenstyle pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make three cheese baked ziti

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the pasta; drain.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl,thoroughly combine pasta and Ragu Chunky Gardenstyle Pasta Sauce.

Step 3In 9x13 baking dish, spoon 1/2 of the pasta mixture; evenly top with ricotta cheese mixture, then remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Step 4Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve, if desired, with additional heated pasta sauce.

Step 5Hint...sometimes I add some cooked, crumbled Italian sausage to the pasta mixture!
