the ultimate tuna cassarole

My husband and I decided to make a tuna casserole last night. I chose 3 recipes and we put them all together - taking away and adding. This recipe is what we came up with. We took it over to my husbands brother and sister-in-law and they loved it as well. This is so yummy and by far the best tuna casserole I have ever had!

Ingredients
- 1 package medium egg noodles - cooked and drained
- 3 cans 5 oz tuna in water
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup - undiluted
- 1 package 16 oz frozen mixed veggies
- 1 package 4 cups mild cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1 - small onion - finely diced and sauteed until translucent
- 2 - sleeves of club crackers crushed fine
- 1 stick butter - melted
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 - small container of sour cream
How To Make the ultimate tuna cassarole

Step 1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix in large bowl tuna, soup, onion, mayo, frozen veggies, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar

Step 2Next fold in cooked egg noodles then spread mixture in 9X13 pan sprayed with non-stick spray

Step 3Cover with remaining cheese.

Step 4mix melted margarine and crushed crackers till well coated and sprinkle over casserole. Bake till golden and bubbly.
