Ingredients
- 1 bottle light asian toasted sesame dressing
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 1 box fettuccine pasta
- 1 package asian style stir fry vegetables, frozen, thawed
- GARNISH:
- - peanuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make thai peanut noodles & veggies

Step 1In a medium bowl, pour entire bottle of sesame dressing & peanut butter; mix to combine. Let sit 30 minutes for flavors to combine.

Step 2Prepare pasta according to directions on package. During the last 6 minutes of cooking time, add vegetables to water; cover & continue to cook.

Step 3Drain pasta/vegetables & pour into a large bowl. Pour sesame/peanut butter mixture over; toss well to coat.

Step 4Serve warm with chopped peanuts, if using.
