Ingredients

  • 1 bottle light asian toasted sesame dressing
  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
  • 1 box fettuccine pasta
  • 1 package asian style stir fry vegetables, frozen, thawed
  • GARNISH:
  • - peanuts, chopped (optional)

How To Make thai peanut noodles & veggies

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, pour entire bottle of sesame dressing & peanut butter; mix to combine. Let sit 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
  • Step 2
    Prepare pasta according to directions on package. During the last 6 minutes of cooking time, add vegetables to water; cover & continue to cook.
  • Step 3
    Drain pasta/vegetables & pour into a large bowl. Pour sesame/peanut butter mixture over; toss well to coat.
  • Step 4
    Serve warm with chopped peanuts, if using.
