Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 medium sweet bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
How To Make texas tallerine

Step 1Boil noodles according to package directions and drain.

Step 2While noodles are boiling, in a separate ovenproof skillet, brown ground beef, onions and bell pepper in oil until no longer pink.

Step 3Add chili powder, salt and pepper (all to taste) and saute two (2) minutes longer.

Step 4Add tomato soup and noodles and mix well.

Step 5Put into 350' oven for 30 minutes.

Step 6Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until well melted.
