Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef 85/15
- 1 can 15.25 oz.whole kernel corn,drained
- 1 can 15 oz.sweet peas
- 1 can 14.5 oz.fire roasted diced tomatoes/garlic
- 3/4 can 4 cheese spaghetti sauce or your favorite,you may use more sauce depending on how wet you like
- 2 cups cooked small elbow pasta (boil in salt water)
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed peppers (optional)
How To Make texas goulash

Step 1Use a large pot and add your ground beef,onions,salt,peppers and garlic.

Step 2In a medium pot boil your pasta.Cook ala dente because it will continue to cook when all mixed.

Step 3When the meat mixture is done add all remaining ingredients.Cook until throughly hot.Add pasta and adjust sauce as you like.turn heat on low and simmer for about 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.

Step 4Serve with a salad and hot garlic bread.
