Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 3 ounces cream cheese with chives
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 18 - pasta shells, giant
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup taco sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 - chopped green onions
How To Make tacos in pasta shells

Step 1Cook, rinse and drain pasta shells.

Step 2Cut cream cheese into cubes.

Step 3Cook beef in a large skillet over medium high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat.

Step 4Reduce heat to medium low.

Step 5Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder; simmer 5 minutes.

Step 6Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture.

Step 7Arrange shells in buttered 13x9\" pan.

Step 8Pour taco sauce over each shell.

Step 9Cover with foil.

Step 10Bake in preheated 350 oven 15 minutes.

Step 11Uncover; top with cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese and chips.

Step 12Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.

Step 13Top with sour cream and onions.

Step 14Garnish with lettuce.
