top with shredded cheese of your choice and broken tortilla chips

How to Make Taco-Roni

Step-by-Step

  1. First I must say you can find the OG recipe on the Chef Boyardee site...
Now, place beefaroni through cumin in a large saucepan and stir.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Top with TONS of cheese and tortilla chips. Actually, that part is up to you. We were VERY HUNGRY campers:)
  4. This is a MUST on camping trips! It's so easy, and filling. Well, if you're sharing with 6 people you may need to add bread and a salad or something. But who takes salad camping?!
