Ingredients
- 2 cans (15oz ea) chef boyardee beefaroni pasta
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 can (15oz) black beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen (or in our case canned) corn
- 1 teaspoon ground cummin.
- - top with shredded cheese of your choice and broken tortilla chips
How To Make taco-roni

Step 1First I must say you can find the OG recipe on the Chef Boyardee site... Now, place beefaroni through cumin in a large saucepan and stir.

Step 2Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.

Step 3Top with TONS of cheese and tortilla chips. Actually, that part is up to you. We were VERY HUNGRY campers:)

Step 4This is a MUST on camping trips! It's so easy, and filling. Well, if you're sharing with 6 people you may need to add bread and a salad or something. But who takes salad camping?!
