Ingredients

2 can(s)(15oz ea) chef boyardee beefaroni pasta
-
1 can(s)(14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)

1 can(s)(15oz) black beans (drained & rinsed)
-
1 cfrozen (or in our case canned) corn
-
1 tspground cummin.

·top with shredded cheese of your choice and broken tortilla chips
How to Make Taco-Roni
- First I must say you can find the OG recipe on the Chef Boyardee site...
Now, place beefaroni through cumin in a large saucepan and stir. - Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
- Top with TONS of cheese and tortilla chips. Actually, that part is up to you. We were VERY HUNGRY campers:)
