Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sweet corn (frozen)
- 4 ounces diced green chile peppers, drained
- 1 package taco seasoning (1.25oz)
- 1 pound penne pasta (1 box)
- 4 ounces sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (divided)
How To Make taco penne skillet

Step 1Cook beef over med-high until brown. Stir in onion & corn. Cook for 3 minutes or until tender. Add peppers, taco seasoning & COOKED pasta to beef mixture. Cook for 3-5 mins or until pasta is heated thoroughly, stirring occationaly. Remove from heat & stir in black olives & 1/2 cup of cheese. Top pasta with remaining 1/2 cheese before serving. For added flavor serve with diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro & sour cream.
