Ingredients

  • 1 pound dried elbow pasta
  • 1 - olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 - 11 oz can, mexicorn, drained
  • 3/4 cup ortega taco sauce
  • 1 - envelope of ortega taco seasoning mix.
  • 1 - 15 oz jar alfredo sauce
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup ortega taco sauce

How To Make taco pasta bake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" springform pan w/ cooking spray.Cook pasta as directed, drain
  • Step 2
    Coat a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Heat oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add onion, cook, stirring occasionally. until tender. Add ground turkey, cook, stirring often until browned. Stir in mexicorn, taco sauce and seasoning mix.Cook until just heated, remove from heat.
  • Step 3
    In lg bowl, beat alfredo sauce, eggs, 1-1/2 cups cheese and milk until blended.Stir in pasta. Evenly spread pasta mix, about 4-1/2 cups in springform pan. Top w/ even layer of ground turkey mix. Top w/ remaining pasta mix. Cover and bake 45 min. Uncover, sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve w/ taco sauce.
