This is my husband's favorite. It makes so much we have leftovers for 3 days. It's good cold, too.

  • 1 lb
    pasta shells of your choice, cooked
  • 1 lb
    ground beef or sausage, cooked
  • 1
    large jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1/2 lb
    sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb
    monteray jack cheese, cubed
  • 1
    small bag of frozen sweet corn

How to Make Taco Pasta


  1. Cook and drain pasta. If you're using corn, you can throw it in with the pasta when there are 5 minutes left.
  2. Brown meat, cube cheese.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and serve.
