This is my husband's favorite. It makes so much we have leftovers for 3 days. It's good cold, too.

1 lb
pasta shells of your choice, cooked
1 lb
ground beef or sausage, cooked
large jar of your favorite salsa
1/2 lb
sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 lb
monteray jack cheese, cubed
small bag of frozen sweet corn

How to Make Taco Pasta


  • 1Cook and drain pasta. If you're using corn, you can throw it in with the pasta when there are 5 minutes left.
  • 2Brown meat, cube cheese.
  • 3Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and serve.
