This is my husband's favorite. It makes so much we have leftovers for 3 days. It's good cold, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta shells of your choice, cooked
  • 1 pound ground beef or sausage, cooked
  • 1 - large jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 pound monteray jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 - small bag of frozen sweet corn

How To Make taco pasta

  • Step 1
    Cook and drain pasta. If you're using corn, you can throw it in with the pasta when there are 5 minutes left.
  • Step 2
    Brown meat, cube cheese.
  • Step 3
    Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and serve.
