Ingredients

  • WHAT YOU NEED

  • ·
    3 lbs hamburger
  • ·
    1 package of large shell or noodles of choice
  • ·
    1 onion chopped
  • ·
    2 packages of taco seasoning
  • ·
    1 jar of salsa
  • ·
    1 can crushed tomatoes
  • ·
    1 can water
  • ·
    1 bag of tex mex cheese
  • ·
    toppings of your choice (optional)

How to Make Taco Mac casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. In frying pan cook hamburger with your onion till no longer pink and cooked.
    Cook pasta till al dente drain. Use the pan you cooked your noodles in, add your cooked Hamburg, taco seasoning, salsa, tomatoes, and water stir all together and cook for about 5 min, add your pasta and stir together. Pour into a baking dish, top with cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 min at 350.
    When I put it on a plate I put a spoonful of sour cream, some black olives and green onion.
