taco crunch Mac and cheese!

this here is a delicious full meal! serve with a salad an you will be good to go! =)

3 c
extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 c
habenero cheddear cheese shredded
2 c
white chedder cheese, grated
2 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup 10.75 oz or whatever the average can of coup is
2 can(s)
evapoarated milk 12oz
1 lb
pasta anykind.. i like shells or elbows
1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes and green chiles
2 c
nacho cheese doritos crushed
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 large
yellow onion diced
1 stick


1boil water for pasta and cook to al dente.
2dice onion and sautee it with the grounf beef. prepare with directions from taco seasoning and garlic powder
3in a microwave safe dish put butter, soup, evap milk and microwave on high 6 min.
4strain your tomatoes and mix with the beef.
5add beef mixture and butter mixture to pasta and start to slowly add your cheeses until everything in all nicely mixed in and incorporated
6bake at 425 for 20 min. add crushed doritos to the top and bake ten more min.
7serve and enjoy!!
