taco crunch mac and cheese!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup habenero cheddear cheese shredded
  • 2 cups white chedder cheese, grated
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup 10.75 oz or whatever the average can of coup is
  • 2 cans evapoarated milk 12oz
  • 1 pound pasta anykind.. i like shells or elbows
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes and green chiles
  • 2 cups nacho cheese doritos crushed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 large yellow onion diced
  • 1 stick butter

How To Make taco crunch mac and cheese!

  • Step 1
    boil water for pasta and cook to al dente.
  • Step 2
    dice onion and sautee it with the grounf beef. prepare with directions from taco seasoning and garlic powder
  • Step 3
    in a microwave safe dish put butter, soup, evap milk and microwave on high 6 min.
  • Step 4
    strain your tomatoes and mix with the beef.
  • Step 5
    add beef mixture and butter mixture to pasta and start to slowly add your cheeses until everything in all nicely mixed in and incorporated
  • Step 6
    bake at 425 for 20 min. add crushed doritos to the top and bake ten more min.
  • Step 7
    serve and enjoy!!
