- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 pound rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 3/4 cup fresh pico or salsa
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 ounces cream cheese
How To Make taco chicken pasta in instant pot

Step 1Add olive oil to instant pot, and turn on Saute.

Step 2Add chicken that has been cut into medium pieces, seasoned with taco packet. Saute for 2 minutes, then add 3/4 cup of Pico or salsa.

Step 3Add dry pasta, and 3 cups of chicken broth, and stir well.

Step 4pinch Cream cheese on top and stir well again.

Step 5Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes, then Instant Release. Stir, and add salt and pepper if needed and enjoy!
