Ingredients For taco chicken pasta in instant pot

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1
    taco seasoning packet
  • 1 lb
    rigatoni pasta, uncooked
  • 3/4 c
    fresh pico or salsa
  • 4 c
    chicken broth
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese

How To Make taco chicken pasta in instant pot

  • 1
    Add olive oil to instant pot, and turn on Saute.

    Add chicken that has been cut into medium pieces, seasoned with taco packet. Saute for 2 minutes, then add 3/4 cup of Pico or salsa.

    Add dry pasta, and 3 cups of chicken broth, and stir well.

    pinch Cream cheese on top and stir well again.

    Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes, then Instant Release. Stir, and add salt and pepper if needed and enjoy!
