Ingredients
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 2 - strips bacon
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound chicken livers, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- micro greens, for garnish
How To Make sweet & tangy chicken livers with angel hair pasta

Step 1Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and add the angel hair pasta. Cook about 15 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, chop the bacon. Add the bacon to a saute' pan. Once the fat starts to render, add the onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add the chicken livers and cook about 2 more minutes. Add the thyme and wine and cook 2 minutes. Add the cherries and chicken broth. Cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Drain the pasta and serve the chicken liver sauce over the pasta. Garnish with micro greens.
