super easy goulash
A favorite from my honeymoon days! We'll be married 25 years in December... I don't know how that could be possible as I'm only 35. ;~)

Ingredients
- 1 pound 93% hamburger
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes, juice included
- 8 ounces dry noodles
- - water to cover
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons dried onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
How To Make super easy goulash

Step 1Fry hamburger until browned, drain. Add all remaining ingredients, adding enough water to the pan so the noodles are just covered with water. Cover, bring to a boil and then simmer on low for 10 minutes.
