sundried manwich pasta
"Improv" isn't just for comedians it is also for those who cook! Did you ever have one of those nights where you craved a certain food but then you were missing a key ingredient? What do you do? Improvise! The other night my wife asked me to make a simple salad and pasta dinner. She asked, "Can you make the pasta with just a little bit of tomato sauce? I said sure and then went to cooking only to realize that we had no tomato sauce, canned tomatoes or fresh tomatoes. What could I do but ... improvise. So guess what I found in the pantry? Manwich and Sun-dried tomatoes! I hope you enjoy Sun-dried Manwich Pasta! This is not intended to be a saucy tomato sauce pasta dish but rather a simple coating to the past and boy is it tasty!
