- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 28 ounces diced tomatos
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small yellow squash
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 8 ounces mushrooms, fresh
- 1-3 teaspoon tuscany blend sundried tomato and basil spice blend (to taste)
