This is a great summer dinner when it's hot and muggy out. It's light, easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    uncooked spaghetti noodles, broken in half
  • 1/2 c
    bottled italian salad dressing
  • 2 large
    tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 c
    cubed smoked turkey breast
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced olives (opt.)

How to Make SUMMER PASTA TOSS

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Keep warm.
  2. In same pan used to cook spaghetti, heat dressing over medium heat until bubbly. Add warm spaghetti; toss until well coated.
  3. Add tomatoes, turkey, olives and parmesan cheese; toss lightly and serve.
