Everyone loves pasta! I came up with this receipe in order to feed many people. It will feed up to 10 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 box lg. pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 jars your choice pasta sause
  • 2 packages mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)

How To Make stuffed pasta shells

  • Step 1
    Bring water to a boil, add salt to boiling water and add uncooked pasta shells.
  • Step 2
    After pasta is aldente, cool in some cold water, in order to handle.
  • Step 3
    Brown ground beef, season to your liking.
  • Step 4
    Add mushrooms to beef just before it is done completely and drain.
  • Step 5
    Pour about a 1/4 cup of sauce in each pan (9x13 baking dish) until there is a thin layer in the bottom.
  • Step 6
    Pour the remaining sauce into ground beef and mushroom mixture, and add 1 package of cheese. Mix well.
  • Step 7
    Add sauce mixture to the inside of the shells and place in the baking pan until all shells are used.
  • Step 8
    Place shredded cheese over the top of the full shells. As little or as much as you like.
  • Step 9
    Place in 400 degree oven until brown. This usually makes two 9x13 baking pans.
