Ingredients
- 1 box stuffing shells
- 1 can zesty tomato soup
- 1 jar pasta sauce of choice
- 1 can ricotta cheese
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup parsley flakes
How To Make stuffed pasta shells

Step 1Fry ground chuck, drain. Add to pasta sauce with tomato sauce, simmer at least 1 hour. Boil shells, then submerge in cold water until cool to the touch. Take ricotta cheese, add 1 egg and 1 C. parsley flakes, mix well. Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Place in baking pan. Smother stuffed shells with sauce mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 min.
