Ingredients
- PASTA STUFFING
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounces chopped mushrooms
- 6 ounces chopped black olives
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 ounces dry, uncooked manicotti
- TOPPING
- 12 ounces pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- OTHER
- 1 cup water
- 12 ounces pasta sauce
How To Make stuffed manicotti

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Pour 12 oz. of pasta sauce into bottom of greased baking sheet. FILLING: Stir together filling ingredients. Stuff each uncooked pasta shell.

Step 3Arrange stuffed pasta in a single layer in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top.

Step 4Pour water into dish at one corner. Top with remaining cheese. Cover tightly with foil.

Step 5Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Allow dish to stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
