Pour 12 oz. of pasta sauce into bottom of greased baking sheet.
FILLING: Stir together filling ingredients. Stuff each uncooked pasta shell.
Arrange stuffed pasta in a single layer in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top.
Pour water into dish at one corner. Top with remaining cheese. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Allow dish to stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
