Ingredients For stuffed manicotte shells

    15oz ricotta cheese
  • 1
    10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thowed and drained
  • 1/2 c
    onion chopped
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar mozzella cheese
  • 2 tsp
    parsley
  • 2
    26 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1
    8 0z manicotti shells, cooked until tender

How To Make stuffed manicotte shells

    heat oven to 350

    In large bowl combine ricotta cheese , spinach , onion and egg.

    Then add parsley , pepper , garlic powder , 1 cup mozzella cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

    Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells with ricotta mixture and place in pan . Cover with remaining sauce. Top with mozzella cheese. Bake foe 45 to 55 minutes.
