My friend used to make this for me and i love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 15oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 - 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thowed and drained
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar mozzella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 - 26 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 - 8 0z manicotti shells, cooked until tender

How To Make stuffed manicotte shells

  • Step 1
    heat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    In large bowl combine ricotta cheese , spinach , onion and egg.
  • Step 3
    Then add parsley , pepper , garlic powder , 1 cup mozzella cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
  • Step 4
    Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells with ricotta mixture and place in pan . Cover with remaining sauce. Top with mozzella cheese. Bake foe 45 to 55 minutes.

    I serve this with 3 Bean Salad and garlic bread. I will put the 3 Bean salad on here to.
