Stuffed Manicotte Shells

Ingredients

115oz ricotta cheese

110oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thowed and drained

1/2 conion chopped

1egg

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 1/2 ccheddar mozzella cheese

2 tspparsley

226 oz spaghetti sauce

2 tsppepper
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
18 0z manicotti shells, cooked until tender
How to Make Stuffed Manicotte Shells
- heat oven to 350
- In large bowl combine ricotta cheese , spinach , onion and egg.
- Then add parsley , pepper , garlic powder , 1 cup mozzella cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells with ricotta mixture and place in pan . Cover with remaining sauce. Top with mozzella cheese. Bake foe 45 to 55 minutes.
- I serve this with 3 Bean Salad and garlic bread. I will put the 3 Bean salad on here to.
