Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces wagon wheel pasta, or other small pasta shape
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces shredded cheese blend for mac n' cheese

Step 1If you can't find preshredded mac n' cheese blend, then substitute 1 cup shredded cheddar and 1 cup shredded velveeta.

Step 2In a large deep skillet cook ground beef, onion, seasoning salt, and black pepper until beef is cooked through, stirring to break up meat.

Step 3Add pasta, broth, and ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a boil, cover, cook over medium heat for 8 minutes stirring after 4 minutes.

Step 4Remove from heat and add sour cream and cheese. Stir well. Serve immediately and enjoy!
