Ingredients
- 1 pound beef round tip steak cut 1/8-1/4" thick
- 6 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
- 10 ounces fresh spinach, rinsed, stemmed, coarsely chopped
- 8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons red chili, seeded and finely chopped
- MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
How To Make stir fry beef & spinach with noodles

Step 1Stack beef steaks; cut lenthwise in half and thein crosswise into 1 inch wide strips.

Step 2Combine marinade ingredients; add beef, tossing to coat.

Step 3Cover and marinate in refrigerator 10 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. (Keep warm)

Step 5Remove beef from marinade; reserve marinade.

Step 6Heat large nonstick wok or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Step 7Add beef (half at a time) and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside is no longer pink. (Do not overcook)

Step 8Remove beef. Keep warm.

Step 9In same skillet, combine pasta, spinach, water chestnuts, green onions and reserved marinade; cook until spinach is wilted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

Step 10Return beef to skillet; mix lightly.

Step 11Garnish with chili peppers.
