These are the Only ingredients I had on hand one time when I lived in Salt Lake City, UT. Really turned out good!

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream style corn
egg noodles, or elbow pasta
salt and pepper to taste
1 can(s)
2% milk

How to Make Stick To Your Ribs Casserole


  • 1Cook ground beef in a skillet, salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat, add cream of mushroom soup, mix together. Add one can full of milk, bring to a boil. Add cream style corn, let simmer 10 -12 mins.
  • 2Cook egg noodles or pasta according to package instructions, drain and add to the meat mixture, let simmer a few minutes. Serve with your favorite bread. Enjoy!
  • 3For a low fat recipe- use: 90/10 ground beef, low fat cream of mushroom soup; no salt added cream style corn, 1% milk; no-yolk noodles.
