1Cook noodles according to package, omitting salt and fat, drain. Heat in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat coat pan with cooking spray, add steak and saute 5 minutes browning on all sides, remove from pan and cover.
2Melt butter in pan add shallots and mushroom and saute about 4 minutes add garlic and soy sauce and stir in flour allow to brown about 1 minute. Gradually add broth stirring constantly. Add pepper, salt, thyme sprigs. Bring to boil; cook 2 minutes or until thickened, return beef to pan cook until thoroughly, remove and discard the thyme sprigs.
