    leftover sirloin thinnly sliced
  • 1 box
    bowties, cooked according to box directions
  • ·
    onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, sliced
  • ·
    grated cheese, your favorite ( i used provolone)

How to Make Steak & pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet with small amount of olive oil, cook pepper, onion & mushrooms till tender. Add steak, warm through, add pasta & cheese. Some cheeses will be stringy when melt, others will be creamy, your choice.
