4-5sweet potatoes boiled until tender

2acorn squash cooked

3/4 cparmesan cheese grated

How to Make Squash and Sweet Potato Ravioli
- Mix, well drained and mashed Squash, Potatoes, and bread crumbs. (The mixture should not be wet and easily formed in to soft quarter sized portions.
Use a standard ravioli pasta recipe. Fill your ravioli pasta, cut and seal the edges. let pasta rest covered with a lightly floured kitchen towel (that is only used for food prep) Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil . Boil until tender must not mushy.
Use a favorite pasta sauce. or try in a broth
