Ingredients
- 1 package bertolli spinach & ricotta tortellini cooked according to package directions. drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 4 tablespoons cold butter cut into chunks
- - salt to taste
- - fresh basil leaves for garnish
How To Make spinach tortellini with goat cheese cream sauce

Step 1To make the sauce Melt butter in a large saute pan. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the white wine and let most evaporate.

Step 2Add the heavy cream and goat cheese. Cook until goat cheese is melted. Whisk in the butter one piece at a time whisking until butter is melted and emulified into the sauce.

Step 3Season with salt. Serve the sauce over the cooked tortellini and garnish with basil.
