spinach stuffed shells
"adopted recipe" - haven't tried it yet. but i already see i'm gonna use fresh spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 package macaroni, large shells
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 10 ounces spinach, chopped, frozen
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1.5 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 - eggs
- 48 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make spinach stuffed shells

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well.

Step 3Cook shells as directed; drain, cool.

Step 4In a large bowl, mix chopped onion, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, thyme, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, and cooked spinach.

Step 5Using your hands and a large spoon, stuff shells with the mixture, and lay in rows in a 13\" x 9\" baking pan.

Step 6Spread spaghetti sauce over the shells in the pan.

Step 7Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.

Step 8Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes, until warm in the center, and mozzarella cheese has melted.
