Ingredients

1 pkgmacaroni, large shells
-
1 smallonion, chopped
-
10 ozspinach, chopped, frozen
-
1 Tbspchicken bouillon granules
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/3 tspdried thyme
-
1.5 cricotta cheese
-
1 ccottage cheese
-
2eggs
-
48 ozspaghetti sauce
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, shredded
How to Make Spinach Stuffed Shells
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook spinach as directed on package; drain well.
- Cook shells as directed; drain, cool.
- In a large bowl, mix chopped onion, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, thyme, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, and cooked spinach.
- Using your hands and a large spoon, stuff shells with the mixture, and lay in rows in a 13" x 9" baking pan.
- Spread spaghetti sauce over the shells in the pan.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 35 minutes, until warm in the center, and mozzarella cheese has melted.
