Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 ounces macaroni,cooked and drained
- 1 package spinach/thawed and drained
- 2 cups milk
- 4 - eggs,beaten
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons fresh grated parnesan cheese
- 1 jar meatless pasta sauce/heated (15 1/2 ounce size)
How To Make spinach macaroni casserole

Step 1In A SKILLET,LIGHTLY BROWN BEEF,STIRRING FREQUENTLY with onion and the garlic over medium-high heat[do not burn the garlic}

Step 2In a bowl,mix the beef,cooked macaroni,spinach,milk,and the eggs,mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsps. of the parmasan cheese until well blended.

Step 3Pour this into a GREASED 11 X7 X 2 inch baking dish

Step 4sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese

Step 5Cover dish with foil and BAKE at 350 degrees{preheated oven}about 45 minutes,or until SET IN CENTER.

Step 6REMOVE FROM OVEN.Allow to set about 10 minutes,then cut into squares.

Step 7Serve with the warmed pasta sauce on top.

Step 8Great with a salad and warm rolls or bread.
