Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons shrimp paste
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 small carrot thinly sliced
- 2 scallions chopped
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 3 cups water
- 4 quail eggs
- fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make spicy shrimp paste chicken ramen

Step 1Place water in a large pot. Add the seasoning packets from the Ramen noodles. Place the oil in a wok or saucepan. Add the chicken and cook 3 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, shrimp paste and chili garlic paste. Add a little of the Ramen water to the chicken mixture just to thin it out.

Step 2Add the noodles, scallions, and carrots to the pot with water. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in the chicken mixture. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and crack the quail eggs into the hot broth.

Step 3Serve immediately garnished with cilantro.
