1Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta. Drain and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Place in a serving bowl and cover to keep warm.
2In a large saute pan over medium heat adding just 1/4 cup of olive oil. Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes and garlic. Saute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook about 1 minute per side or until pink.
3Season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp mixture to the pasta and sprinkle with the cilantro. Toss to combine. Serve with lemon wadges and plenty of fresh crusty bread
