I am always looking for a new idea for ground beef. This is quick and good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2 cups uncooked medium shell or elbow macaroni
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup thick and chunky salsa

How To Make spicy salsa mack & beef

  • Step 1
    In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
  • Step 2
    Add broth and water, Heat to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes or until macaroni is done, stirring often.
  • Step 3
    Stir in soup and salsa and heat through.
