- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 jar your favorite pasta sauce
- 1/2 box angel hair pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can corn (optional)
- 1 can red kidney beans (optional)

Step 1Simmer cooked beef, sauce, rotel, & chile's for about 2-3 minutes. Then pour over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh garlic, Parmesan cheese, grated cheese, or even a dollop of sour cream! You can also add a can of red kidney beans and corn to this dish.
