This is an adaptation from Alton Brown's Stovetop Mac 'n Cheese. I've made this for friends and family, and it is always a hit! The one time where Mom doesn't ask for more garlic. :)

Ingredients
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (plus more for seasoning)
- 1/2 tablespoon chipotle tobasco sauce (plus more for seasoning)
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2 cups sargento 6 cheese italian mix
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/2 box macaroni pasta
How To Make spicy mac 'n cheese

Step 1In a small bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, eggs, garlic powder, and chipotle Tabasco sauce. Set aside. Cook & drain pasta according to box directions.

Step 2Keeping the burner on low, add butter to cooked pasta. Stirring till butter is completely melted.

Step 3Then add the Evaporated milk mixture, stirring for 30 seconds. Next adding the Cheese and Half & Half, stirring till cheese has melted. Stir in more Chipotle sauce and garlic powder to taste. Serve Immediately
