Spicy Garlic Alfredo
I like to serve it with plain baked chicken breast and french bread.
- 1 lb
- fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 c
- heavy cream
- 2 pkg
- shredded (not grated) parmesan
- 1 stick
- 4 clove
- peeled raw garlic
How to Make Spicy Garlic Alfredo
- 1Boil the water and prepare the noodles as directed.
- 2When the noodles are done, return to pot and add the cream, butter and parmesan. Stir a couple of times until the butter is melted and the cheese is gooey
- 3Use a microplane (nothing else will work!) to finely grate the garlic into the pot and stir well.
