spicy crockpot mac and cheese

This macaroni and cheese recipe is super easy and super spicy! You can add more/less jalapenos and chiles to adjust spiciness, or use mild sausage instead of hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound italian sausage (hot)
  • 1 jar ragu double cheddar pasta sauce
  • 1 can campbell's cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 can chopped jalapenos (small can)
  • 1/2 can diced green chiles
  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni (cooked)
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)

How To Make spicy crockpot mac and cheese

  • Step 1
    Fry sausage in a frying pan, drain fat (if any).
  • Step 2
    Add cooked sausage, Ragu Double Cheddar pasta sauce, Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup, jalapenos, and green chiles to crock pot. Stir to combine.
  • Step 3
    Cook sauce mixture on low for approximately 3 hours.
  • Step 4
    Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese to crockpot; cook an additional 15-20 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Serve and enjoy!
