Spicy Crockpot Mac and Cheese

This macaroni and cheese recipe is super easy and super spicy! You can add more/less jalapenos and chiles to adjust spiciness, or use mild sausage instead of hot.

Ingredients

1 lb
italian sausage (hot)
1 jar(s)
ragu double cheddar pasta sauce
1 can(s)
campbell's cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can(s)
chopped jalapenos (small can)
1/2 can(s)
diced green chiles
16 oz
elbow macaroni (cooked)
16 oz
cheddar cheese (shredded)

Step-By-Step

1Fry sausage in a frying pan, drain fat (if any).
2Add cooked sausage, Ragu Double Cheddar pasta sauce, Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup, jalapenos, and green chiles to crock pot. Stir to combine.
3Cook sauce mixture on low for approximately 3 hours.
4Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese to crockpot; cook an additional 15-20 minutes.
5Serve and enjoy!
