I like spicy foods so I experiment with spicy ingredients. This is one of my experiments that has become a favorite. I hope that others will give it a try as well.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 12-16 ounces bowtie pasta- cooked
- 28 ounces tomato juice
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- - mrs. dash extra spicy seasoning blend - to taste
- 10-12 dashes tabasco sauce
How To Make spicy beef and pasta

Step 1Cook pasta; meanwhile,brown beef with salt & pepper.

Step 2Add cooked pasta, tomato juice, and tomato sauce to beef mixture.

Step 3Add Mrs. Dash seasoning- liberally. Add Tabasco sauce. Let simmer 20 minutes. Serve.
