Ingredients For spicy beef and cheddar pasta with green beans

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    beef broth
  • 1 c
    ditilini pasta
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    frozen green beans
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make spicy beef and cheddar pasta with green beans

    Place the ground beef in a Dutch Oven. Add the garlic and cook until the beef is no longer pink.

    Add the milk, beef broth, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer.

    Add the pasta and simmer 10 minutes stirring once in a while.

    Add the frozen green beans. Cook another 10 minutes. Check to see if the pasta is done.

    Add the cheese and cook until the cheese is melted. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper
