This is from a dear from of mine that my adult kids now have loved for years. You got to try it..delicious!!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz
    uncooked speg
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
    beaten
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1 (2cup) pkg
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 jar(s)
    speg sauce- or i make my own
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine- melted

How to Make Speghetti Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook and drain Speg
  2. Add melted margarine, eggs,and parmasean cheese
  3. Mix together and form crust in 10" pie plate
  4. Spread cottage cheese evenly over speg crust
  5. Pour sauce evenly over cottage cheese
  6. Cover with mozzerella cheese
  7. Cover with foil and refridgerate 2-24 hours
  8. Leave foil on and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour
