This is from a dear from of mine that my adult kids now have loved for years. You got to try it..delicious!!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces uncooked speg
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs - beaten
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (2cup) package mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 jar speg sauce- or i make my own
  • 2 tablespoons margarine- melted

How To Make speghetti pie

  • Step 1
    Cook and drain Speg
  • Step 2
    Add melted margarine, eggs,and parmasean cheese
  • Step 3
    Mix together and form crust in 10" pie plate
  • Step 4
    Spread cottage cheese evenly over speg crust
  • Step 5
    Pour sauce evenly over cottage cheese
  • Step 6
    Cover with mozzerella cheese
  • Step 7
    Cover with foil and refridgerate 2-24 hours
  • Step 8
    Leave foil on and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour
