This is from a dear from of mine that my adult kids now have loved for years. You got to try it..delicious!!

Ingredients

6 oz
uncooked speg
1/3 c
parmesan cheese
2 eggs
beaten
1 c
cottage cheese
1 (2cup) pkg
mozzarella cheese, low-fat
1 jar(s)
speg sauce- or i make my own
2 Tbsp
margarine- melted

How to Make Speghetti Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook and drain Speg
  • 2Add melted margarine, eggs,and parmasean cheese
  • 3Mix together and form crust in 10" pie plate
  • 4Spread cottage cheese evenly over speg crust
  • 5Pour sauce evenly over cottage cheese
  • 6Cover with mozzerella cheese
  • 7Cover with foil and refridgerate 2-24 hours
  • 8Leave foil on and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour
