1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup bar-b-que sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 can mushrooms with juice. (8 oz.)
1/4 cup green olives, sliced
1 (12 oz.) package of speghetti
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese - (optional)


1In a skillet, brown hamburger, onions, and celery in butter.
2Add other ingredients and simmer.
3In a pot, cook Spaghetti according to box directions. Drain and run hot water over spaghetti. Drain well. Add to meat mixture. Mix well.
4Add to casserole dish.
5Bake at a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
6May sprinkle Cheddar Cheese 10 minutes before you pull it out of the oven. (optional)
