Ingredients

  • ·
    1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
  • ·
    1 large onion
  • ·
    1 green pepper
  • ·
    1/2 cup diced celery
  • ·
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • ·
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • ·
    1/2 cup bar-b-que sauce
  • ·
    1 teaspoon mustard
  • ·
    2 tablespoons sugar
  • ·
    1 teaspoon salt
  • ·
    1 teaspoon pepper
  • ·
    1 can mushrooms with juice. (8 oz.)
  • ·
    1/4 cup green olives, sliced
  • ·
    1 (12 oz.) package of speghetti
  • ·
    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese - (optional)

How to Make Speghetti Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. In a skillet, brown hamburger, onions, and celery in butter.
  2. Add other ingredients and simmer.
  3. In a pot, cook Spaghetti according to box directions. Drain and run hot water over spaghetti. Drain well. Add to meat mixture. Mix well.
  4. Add to casserole dish.
  5. Bake at a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  6. May sprinkle Cheddar Cheese 10 minutes before you pull it out of the oven. (optional)
