This is a really good & fast dinner, & pairs very well w/ a nice glass of white wine of your choice!

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2/3 cup cooking white wine
  • 1 bunch broccoli, fresh
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • - fresh parsley
  • - red pepper flakes
  • - salt

How To Make spaghetti with shrimps & broccoli

  • Step 1
    In lg. cooking skillet cook garlic until golden w/ olive oil; Add clean rinsed shrimps, cook till pink & tender (DO NOT OVER COOK!!!) Add salt, fresh chopped up parsley & red crushed red pepper flakes; add the cooking wine; cover & let wine evaporate. In seperate pot add salt to water boiling & cook Spaghetti add in broccoli. When everything is ready Drain spaghetti & broccoli place in Lg. severing bowl & add the shrimps & toss lighty serve w/ a sprinkle of parmigiano reggiano & a nice glass of white wine
